Terms of Service

1. Technical Scoping & Auditing

By submitting a scoping form, you request a custom technical proposal and milestone cost breakdown. We reserve the right to decline project scoping requests if constraints do not align with our studio capacity.

2. Client Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final project payments, all custom source code, diagrams, database configurations, and structural assets are transferred fully to the client, subject to the conditions of our Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Active maintenance, monitoring, and database indexing support are contractually managed under individual SLA addendums. General inquiry response times average under four hours.
